Accelerated Assembly of SOLiD™ data in Color Space

CLC bio supports Applied Biosystems' technologies for analysis of Next Generation Sequencing data, including Color Space analysis. With the release of CLC Genomics Workbench 3.1, CLC bio offers a comprehensive desktop application with a graphical user-interface, which features SIMD-accelerated assembly of SOLiD™ data in Color Space, for extremely fast assembly. Furthermore, viewing of Color Space data in contig results, is also supported.

Command-line also an option

CLC NGS Cell is a high-performance computing solution for reference assembling and de novo assembling of Next Generation Sequencing data, including support for native Color Space assembly.
