Printing of Graphics
All CLC Workbenches allow you to print graphical views such as alignments, annotated sequences, graphs, phylogenetic trees etc. You can choose between printing what you see on the screen (e.g. a part of an alignment) or the whole element (e.g. the whole alignment).
No matter whether you have chosen to print the visible area or the whole element, you can adjust page setup of the print (e.g. the colors, graphs along sequences, annotations on/off etc.)
A Print preview window lets you see the layout of the pages that are to be printed.
