Carsten Lorentzen (Chairman)

Carsten Lorentzen, 53 years of age, is partner at Lett Advokatfirma, located in Århus.

Carsten has experience as a lawyer and as a member of the boards of directors of several companies as well as experience with lectures at the University of Aarhus. Carsten is member of the Danish Anti-counterfeiting Association.

His specialities are competition law, IPR law, international law, mergers & acquisitions, litigation and arbitration.

Jeppe Ø. Øvlesen

Jeppe Ø. Øvlesen, MBA from University of Hartford, is CEO of Pnn Memocore and operating chairman of the Pnn Medical A/S Group a Danish medtech company.

He has since 1997 held CEO and CFO positions in Danish biotech and medtech companies including ChemoMetec A/S and Action Pharma A/S.

Jeppe hold a number of board seats and has experience with a number of succesful start-ups. Jeppe has an extensive international business background and has worked at managerial level for multinational coorporations with positions in Greece, Australia and the United States since 1989.

Finn Støy

Finn Støy (1956) holds a master degree from the University of Aarhus. From 1984 to 2003, Finn had a career in IBM Denmark - from sales trainee to a position as director of public sector sales.

Since 2004, director of it-forum midtjylland – Denmark’s largest network of IT interested companies. In 2005, Finn was regional director of The Danish IT Industry Association. Finn has extensive business development and management experience from the ITsector – and a very broad network in the ITindustry.

Finn is a member of board of directors and advisory boards for several IT based companies, educations and organizations.

Kenneth Aaby Sachse

Kenneth Aaby Sachse (44 years of age) holds a master in economies from Aarhus University. Kenneth is former Vice President (Finance) of William Demant Holding A/S (www.demant.com) a world-leading hearing aid and diagnostic equipment manufacturer listed on OMXC.

Kenneth has extensive management experience within financials, Mergers & Acquisitions, communication to stakeholders and has an international business background.

Niels Knudsen

Niels Knudsen, 68 years of age, with master degrees in engineering and economics, has an extensive all round management experience, especially as IT Chief Development Officer and CEO in companies supplying solutions to the Danish health care sector.
Niels was for more than 20 years a co-owner of one of the main IT suppliers to the Danish hospitals.
