Comprehensive Protein Report
You can easily generate reports including a number of different kinds of information regarding a given protein. Actually a protein report is a collection of a number of the analyses available in CLC Protein Workbench and CLC Combined Workbench.
One or more of the following analyses may be included:
- Sequence statistics
- Plot of charge as function of pH
- Plot of hydrophobicity
- Plot of local complexity
- Dot plot against self
- BLAST against NCBI databases
Before the generation of the report, you are guided through all relevant choices of parameters for the analyses in question.
By clicking on a graph or a plot inside the report, the chosen graphics are opened in a new view where you can change the layout as you like. The changed graphics can be saved as a separate file, printed or exported as a graphics file.
Clicking on the text based BLAST result in the report generates a graphical view of the BLAST result. This view can also be saved as a separate file, printed or exported as a graphics file.
