Batch processing

Most of the analyses can be performed on many sequences at once. The result of the analyses can be saved directly without opening. This makes it very simple to do batch processing of data, e.g. translating 100 DNA sequences in a single step.

Furthermore, the outcome of the analysis can be summarized in a batch log. The log comes in handy if you for instance search for open reading frames in 50 sequences. You can then see how many ORF's are found in each sequence.

For all the analyses which add annotations to sequences you can also create a table, where all the added annotations are listed. Just like the batch log, this table is a tool for getting an overview of the result of analyses without opening a lot of sequence views. Compared to the batch log, the table is more detailed, providing information about each annotation which has been added
