Case studies

In order to show how our bioinformatics software can be used in molecular biology and biochemistry research, we are writing a series of case studies.

Our latest case study focus on sequencing-based genetic testing for rare diseases. For diagnosing genetic diseases, sequencing-based methods have been used for years, but still there are a lot of challenges in terms of data analysis since the sequencing data has to be analyzed and interpreted to present a diagnose. Over time, the library of case studies will increase significantly.
